Refund Conditions

ModelAgencySK may issue refunds under the following conditions:

Modeling Courses and Workshops

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • More than 14 days before the scheduled date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
    • 7-14 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund
    • Less than 7 days before the scheduled date: No refund
  • Cancellation by ModelAgencySK:
    • If we cancel a course or workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date
  • Course Rescheduling:
    • If you need to reschedule your participation, please notify us at least 7 days in advance
    • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to a rescheduling fee

Portfolio Photography Sessions

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • More than 7 days before the scheduled session: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
    • 3-7 days before the scheduled session: 50% refund
    • Less than 3 days before the scheduled session: No refund
  • Cancellation by Photographer or ModelAgencySK:
    • If we or our photographer needs to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
  • Dissatisfaction with Results:
    • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your portfolio photographs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final images
    • We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund, a complimentary re-shoot, or other appropriate compensation depending on the circumstances

Digital Products and Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, digital guides, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated
  • If you encounter technical issues with your download, please contact our customer support team for assistance

Model Registration Fees

  • If we charge a registration fee for new models and subsequently decide not to represent you, we will refund the registration fee in full
  • If you decide to withdraw your application after registration but before signing a representation contract, a partial refund may be issued depending on the resources already allocated to your application

Client Services Agreements

For clients hiring models through our agency, specific refund terms will be outlined in your Client Services Agreement. These terms may differ from our general refund policy and will take precedence for those specific services.

  • Booking deposits and their refundability

  • Model replacement options in case of unavailability
